By creating an account, accessing, or using visawork.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of a law office or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

visawork.ai provides an AI-first immigration case management platform designed for immigration law offices. Our service includes:

• AI-powered semantic search and intelligent operations
• Centralized profiles to prevent duplicate data entry
• Immigration case tracking and workflow management
• Document management and secure cloud storage
• Team collaboration tools with role-based permissions
• Credit-based billing for AI operations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

Our service is intended for immigration law offices, attorneys, and legal professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

5. Credit-Based Billing and Subscriptions

5.1 How Credits Work

visawork.ai uses a credit-based system for AI operations. Credits are consumed when you:

• Use AI-powered semantic search to find cases and information
• Perform other AI operations and intelligent workflows

Credit costs vary by operation complexity. View real-time credit costs in your dashboard.

5.2 Per-Seat Subscriptions

We offer per-seat subscription plans that include monthly credit allocations:

• Monthly Plan: $60/seat/month (includes 200 credits/month)

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

5.3 One-Time Credit Purchases

You can purchase additional credits as needed:

• 500 Credits - $60
• 2,000 Credits - $200
• 5,000 Credits - $400
• 10,000 Credits - $750 (best value)

Purchased credits never expire and can be used at any time.

5.4 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through our payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can view detailed credit usage in your billing dashboard

5.5 Free Trial and Promotional Credits

30-Day Free Trial: New users can get 30 days of free service by applying the WELCOME coupon code during signup. This provides full access to all features during the trial period.

We may also offer additional promotional credits through special campaigns or partnerships. Promotional credits:

• May have specific terms and conditions
• Typically expire after a specified period if not used
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable

5.6 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Used credits cannot be refunded. Refunds for technical issues preventing AI operations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Your Right to Cancel

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
• Purchased credits remain available after subscription cancellation
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund

6.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment method fails
• We detect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You have insufficient credits and refuse to purchase more
• Required by law or legal process
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)

7. Data Ownership and Content

7.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the case data, documents, and content you upload to visawork.ai ("Your Data"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display Your Data to provide the service
• Use enterprise AI models to extract and structure Your Data
• Create backups and ensure data availability
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service (no personal or case-specific data)

7.2 Data Export

You may export Your Data at any time in JSON or CSV format. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export Your Data before it is permanently deleted.

The visawork.ai platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Hybits Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without written permission.

Material changes (including pricing changes) will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
